Our father, Vicente Gonzalez, established Los Pasteles Bakery in 1989, perfecting the cherished family recipes that have been handed down through generations.
These traditions mean the world to us and to our community, which is why we strive every day to create high-quality, fresh, homemade traditional Mexican pan dulce, bread, cakes, and specialty pastries.
